My stay at the hotel was great! The rooms were spacious and an excellent deal for the price, very comfortable, and only the downside was backing onto the buffet kitchen. The service went out of their way to meet all our needs, with welcoming and friendly staff who addressed all our questions and requests. The location was perfect for our excursions, just a 10-minute walk to the Malecon Boardwalk, but there were some bugs in the room possibly due to the storm drain discharge. The dining experience was good with a variety of food, lots of fresh tropical fruit, and American dishes; however, there were bugs in the room due to the location. The facilities were clean and well-kept, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel offered a nice view of pools and the ocean from the clean and nice rooms but needed attention to update the furniture, bathrooms, and flooring. The service was very friendly and attentive. The location was good for excursions but suffered from noisy disruptions. The dining experience ranged from American to luxurious, with various choices. The facilities were generally well-maintained.
